一、為什么要使用電量計量功能
節約資源:電量計量可以幫助人們控制用電量,從而達到節約資源的目的。在當前嚴峻的資源供應形勢下,節約能源是我們應該重視的問題。
合理計費:電表可以幫助公共事業單位進行合理計費,以維護公共事業的正常運營。同時,使用者也能根據自己的實際用電量來支付相應的費用。
監控消耗:通過定期查看電量的使用情況,能夠快速發現用電量異常的情況。及時修復故障,避免浪費資源和高額費用。
二、電量計量功能的行業知識介紹
什么是電量計量?
電量計量技術是由電量計量裝置來確定電能量值,為實現電能量單位的統一及其量值準確、可靠的一系列活動。在電力系統中,電量計量是電力生產、銷售以及電網安全運行的重要環節,發電、輸電、配電和用電均需要對電能準確測量。電量計量的技術水平和管理水平不僅影響電能量結算的準確性和公正性,而且事關電力工業的發展,涉及國家、電力企業和廣大電力客戶的合法權益。因此,搞好電量計量技術具有十分重要的意義。
電量計量的基本工作原理
電壓測量:使用電壓互感器(PT)或電阻分壓器等裝置,將高電壓降為低電壓,以便測量。
電流測量:使用電流互感器(CT)或分流器等裝置,將大電流降為小電流,以便測量。
電能計算:通過測量電壓和電流,并根據功率因數計算出有功功率和無功功率。有功功率乘以用電時間即可得到用電量。
數據處理:電量計量裝置通常會將測量到的數據進行存儲和處理,以便后續查詢和分析。同時,還可以通過通信接口將數據上傳至上級系統,實現遠程監控和管理。
總之,電量計量的工作原理是通過測量電壓和電流,并根據功率因數計算出有功功率和無功功率,從而實現對用電量的準確計量。
三、電量計量功能的硬件設計方案
本文主要采用了芯海科技的CSE7759B做為計量芯片。該芯片為單相多功能計量芯片,其提供高頻脈沖 CF 用于電能計量,通過 UART 可以直接讀取電 流、電壓和功率的相關參數(如:系數、周期);串口波特率為 4800 bps(±2%),8 位數據,1 位偶校 驗,1 停止位。該芯片采用 SOP8 封裝。
硬件設計原理1如下(隔離方案):
在 CSE7759B 的電源端,應并聯兩個小電容,以濾除來自電網高頻及低頻噪聲。電流信 號通過錳銅電阻采樣后接入 CSE7759B,電壓信號則通過電阻網絡后輸入到 CSE7759B。
CSE7759B 為免校準電能計量芯片,芯片出廠校準后偏差為±2%,那么外部器件的精度最終影響客戶產品的整體精度,圖中標識的 1%精度器件,其精度越高則客戶整機精度越高。從上圖可看出,電流通道影響電流精度的元器件為 1mR 錳銅電阻,電壓通道影響電壓精度的元器件為1M電阻和與之相連的1K電阻,當這三個元器件精度均在±1%內時,則 CSE7759B 免校準整機誤差可控制在±3%內。電壓通道 1M 電阻應選擇耐高壓 1000V 1%電阻(或更高精度);否則需拆分成 5 個 0805 1%(或更 高精度)電阻。避免使用過程中由于電阻耐壓值不夠,造成整機損壞。 CSE7759B 部分采集強電信號,根據安規標準任何人體可能觸碰的地方需進行隔離,圖中使用光耦 隔離(客戶自行選擇隔離方式,并不限制)。 選擇零線做地或火線做地均可,建議使用零線做地。
硬件設計原理2如下(隔離方案):
上圖為CSE7759B 非隔離方案,MCU 工作電壓 3.3V。若 MCU 工作電壓 5V,則 TI 與 MCU 之間接 200R 電阻。

四、電量計量功能的軟件設計方案
本文采用了奇跡物聯的紅豆版開源技術平臺為主控單元,一步步手把手教會讀者如何使用紅豆版開源平臺編寫CSE7759B驅動,以及如何調用CSE7759B在OLED屏幕上顯示。這里對代碼就不多詳解,如果需要詳細了解,請到奇跡物聯的紅豆版開源平臺了解詳細代碼講解。
現在我們開始為大家展示如何在奇跡的紅豆平臺上,一步步如何實現電量計量功能的吧。
1:創建一個Demo
復制從紅豆平臺下載的SDK源碼包中的的4.2_hal_UART示例工程,到同一個文件夾下,修改文件名為6.0_CSE7759B,如圖:

增加文件組件所在目錄頭文件路徑,和源文件路徑,如圖:
