一 概述
SCCK33112H6A是一款高精度、低功耗、可替代NTC / PTC熱敏電阻的數(shù)字溫度傳感器,可用于通信、計算機、消費類電子、環(huán)境、工業(yè)和儀器儀表應用中的溫度測量。SCCK33112H6A在-40°C至+125°C的正常工作范圍內(nèi),可提供≤±0.5℃的溫度精度,并具有良好的溫度線性度。SCCK33112H6A可提供擴展測溫模式,將測溫范圍擴展為-55℃至+150℃。SCCK33112H6A的額定工作電壓范圍為1.4V~5.5V,在整個工作范圍內(nèi)最大靜態(tài)電流為10μA(測溫頻率4Hz時)。集成在芯片內(nèi)部的12位ADC分辨率低至0.0625°C。SCCK33112H6A采用1.6mm×1.6mm的SOT563/DFNWB封裝,兼容SMBus和I2C接口,在一條總線上最多可掛載四個從機,并具有SMBus報警功能。

1 連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)換模式
SCCK33112H6A 的默認工作模式是連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)換模式,典型轉(zhuǎn)換時間為 26ms。在此模式下芯片內(nèi)部的ADC執(zhí)行連續(xù)溫度轉(zhuǎn)換,將每次的測溫結(jié)果存儲于溫度寄存器,并覆蓋前次結(jié)果。配置寄存器中的轉(zhuǎn)換速率位CR1和CR0可將SCCK33112H6A 配置為 0.25Hz、1Hz、4Hz 或 8Hz 的轉(zhuǎn)換速率??赏ㄟ^配置 CR1、CR0 以改變轉(zhuǎn)換速率,SCCK33112H6A 將在完成當次轉(zhuǎn)換后,掉電并等待由 CR1、CR0 設置的延時,之后再進行下次轉(zhuǎn)換,如圖3所示。CR1 和 CR0 的配置詳見表 1。
2 擴展模式(Extended Mode)
SCCK33112H6A 在正常測溫模式下測溫范圍為-40℃至+125℃。通過將配置寄存器中的EM位寫為1,可使SCCK33112H6A 進入擴展測溫模式,此時 SCCK33112H6A 的溫度寄存器和溫度限制寄存器均被配置為13位數(shù)據(jù)格式,以實現(xiàn)對高于+128℃的溫度測量。SCCK33112H6A 中的只讀溫度寄存器采用兩個字節(jié)來存儲測溫結(jié)果,如表 8、表9 所示。字節(jié)1 為MSB,字節(jié)2 為 LSB,高 12 位(擴展模式下為 13 位)用于指示溫度。當不需要 LSB 的溫度信息時可不必讀取LSB。SCCK33112H6A 測溫結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)格式在表 2 和表 3 中列出,其中 1LSB = 0.0625°C,負數(shù)以二進制補碼的形式表示。當上電或復位后,SCCK33112H6A 的溫度寄存器將被置為 00h,直到下一次溫度轉(zhuǎn)換完成。溫度寄存器中未使用的位始終讀為 0(下表中未給出)。
3 關 斷 模 式 (Shutdown Mode)
關斷模式通過關閉除串行接口以外的所有電路來降低芯片功耗,從而將芯片的電流降至低于0.5μA(典型值)。將配置寄存器中的 SD 位寫為 1,可開啟關斷模式;如此配置寄存器后,SCCK33112H6A 將在完成當次轉(zhuǎn)換后關斷。若想退出關斷模式,可將 SD 位寫為 0,SCCK33112H6A 將重新進入連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)換模式。
4 單 次 轉(zhuǎn) 換 模 式 (One-Shot Mode)
SCCK33112H6A 可被配置為 One-Shot 模式。當 SCCK33112H6A 處于關斷模式時,向配置寄存器中的OS位寫1 可開啟單次溫度轉(zhuǎn)換。在溫度轉(zhuǎn)換期間 OS 位讀為 0。單次溫度轉(zhuǎn)換完成后,SCCK33112H6A 將重新返回關斷狀態(tài),OS 位讀為 1。當不需要連續(xù)測溫時,此功能可大幅降低芯片功耗。由于 SCCK33112H6A 單次測溫時間僅需 26ms(典型值),因此可通過該模式實現(xiàn)更高的測溫速率。通過將SCCK33112H6A 連續(xù)以 One-Shot 模式進行測溫,可實現(xiàn)每秒 30 次甚至更多次的溫度測量。
5 報 警 功 能 (ALERT)
SCCK33112H6A 具有溫度報警功能,可選擇將配置寄存器中的 TM 位寫為 0 或1,從而將SCCK33112H6A配置為比較模式(Comparator Mode)或中斷模式(Interrupt Mode),以實現(xiàn)不同的報警功能。
在比較模式(TM=0)中,當測溫結(jié)果連續(xù)等于或超過溫度上限寄存器值 THIGH的次數(shù),達到由配置寄存器中F1/F0位定義的值時(如表 4 所示),ALERT 引腳將被激活。ALERT 引腳將始終保持激活狀態(tài),直到測溫結(jié)果連續(xù)低于溫度下限寄存器值 TLOW 的次數(shù)達到由 F1/F0 定義的值。在中斷模式(TM=1)中,當測溫結(jié)果連續(xù)等于或超過 THIGH 的次數(shù)達到由 F1/F0 定義的值時(如表4所示),ALERT 引腳將被激活。ALERT 引腳將始終保持激活狀態(tài),直到讀取 SCCK33112H6A 的任何寄存器、或SCCK33112H6A 成功響應了 SMBus 報警命令、或 SCCK33112H6A 進入關斷模式后,ALERT 引腳狀態(tài)才會被清除。當 ALERT 引腳狀態(tài)被清除后,僅當測溫結(jié)果連續(xù)低于 TLOW的次數(shù)達到由 F1/F0 定義的值時,該引腳才會再次被激活并保持,此后 ALERT 引腳狀態(tài)再次被清除的條件同上。也可通過使用全局響應復位命令(General Call)來重置SCCK33112H6A 以清除 ALERT 引腳狀態(tài),此操作還會復位 SCCK33112H6A 中的其他內(nèi)部寄存器,使芯片返回到比較模式(TM=0)。表 4 給出了 F1/F0 位具體配置情況。
配置寄存器中的極性位(POL)允許用戶調(diào)整 ALERT 引腳輸出的極性。如果將 POL 位寫為0(默認值),ALERT引腳被激活時為低電平。若將 POL 位配置為 1,ALERT 引腳被激活時為高電平。上述各情況如圖4 所示。

2 組件功能介紹
驅(qū)動溫度芯片,定時讀取芯片寄存器,計算出當前溫度,設置溫度高限,低限,當溫度觸發(fā)門限后,會產(chǎn)生中斷,用戶在使用時,可以根據(jù)中斷相關服務函數(shù),進行后續(xù)的處理。

在我們長期投身于蜂窩物聯(lián)網(wǎng) ODM/OEM 解決方案的實踐過程中,一直被物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術碎片化與產(chǎn)業(yè)資源碎片化的問題所困擾。從產(chǎn)品定義、芯片選型,到軟硬件研發(fā)和測試,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的碎片化以及產(chǎn)業(yè)資源的碎片化,始終對團隊的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)交付質(zhì)量和效率形成制約。為了減少因物聯(lián)網(wǎng)碎片化而帶來的重復開發(fā)工作,我們著手對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)開發(fā)中高頻應用的技術知識進行沉淀管理,并基于 Bloom OS 搭建了不同平臺的 RTOS 應用生態(tài)。后來我們發(fā)現(xiàn),很多物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團隊都面臨著相似的困擾,于是,我們決定向全體物聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)開發(fā)者開放奇跡物聯(lián)內(nèi)部沉淀的應用技術知識庫 Wiki,期望能為更多物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)者減輕一些重復造輪子的負擔。
