設計注意事項:
Serdes 走線要求
由于 SFI/XSGMII/QSGMII 傳輸 10.3125Gbps/10.3125Gbps/5Gbps 差分信號對,為了滿足信
號質量要求,PCB 布局需要注意
1. 所有SFI/XSGMII/QSGMI 必須鋪設在4層PCB的頂層,并且不能有過孔
2. Serdes TX 和 RX 差分對的接地屏蔽。在4層PCB中,信號與地之間的間隙至少為30mil
3. 為了避免有害的耦合問題,盡可能與所有其他信號保持至少30mil的距離
4. 差分對盡量保持對稱走線
5. XSGMII/QSGM 耦合電容盡量放在源端
6. 將耦合電容沿差分走線放置在同一位置
7. Serdes 差分對需做100歐阻抗,參考層為GND
電源要求
1. 12V紋波小于120mV
2. RTL8218D 3.3V 紋波小于30mV 1.1V 紋波小于20mV
安裝要求
1. 核心板芯片為靜電敏感器件,取放時請注意靜電防護
2. 封裝有對稱性,安裝時請確認腳位順序
