Boost型高頻環(huán)節(jié)AC-AC變換器研究:首次提出了Boost 型高頻環(huán)節(jié)AC-AC 變換器電路結(jié)構(gòu)與拓?fù)渥澹怯蓛δ茈姼小⑤斎胫懿ㄗ儞Q器、高頻變壓器、輸出周波變換器以及輸入、輸出濾波器構(gòu)成。深入分析研究了這類變換器的穩(wěn)態(tài)原理特性與移相控制策略,提出并有效地解決了變換器的若干關(guān)鍵問題。以全橋橋式電路拓?fù)錇槔M(jìn)行了這類變換器的仿真和原理試驗。研究結(jié)果表明,這類變換器具有高頻電氣隔離、電路拓?fù)浜啙崱杉壒β首儞Q(LFAC-HFAC-LFAC)、雙向功率流、變換效率高、網(wǎng)側(cè)功率因數(shù)高、負(fù)載適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、負(fù)載短路時可靠性高等優(yōu)點,為優(yōu)良性能的正弦交流穩(wěn)壓器、調(diào)壓器、電力電子變壓器和同頻波形變換器奠定了關(guān)鍵技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
Abstract: A circuit configuration and circuit topological family of the Boost mode AC-AC converter with high
frequency link are first proposed. This kind of circuit topology is constituted of storage inductor, input cycloconverter, high
frequency transformer, output cycloconverter, as well as input and output filter. The steady principles and phase-shifting
control strategy are deeply investigated and several key problem of this kind of converter are proposed and solved. Taking
the full bridge-full bridge mode circuit topology as an example, the simulation and principle test of the kind of converter are
made. The research results have demonstrated that this kind of converter has the advantages such as high frequency
electrical isolation, simple topology, two-stage power conversions (LFAC-HFAC-LFAC), bi-directional power flow, high
conversion efficiency, high line power factor, strong load adapting ability and high reliability during short load. This converter lay the key technical foundation on new type excellent performance regulated sinusoidal ac power supply, ac regulator, power electronics transformer, and same frequency waveform’s converter etc.

Abstract: A circuit configuration and circuit topological family of the Boost mode AC-AC converter with high
