針對廢水處理汽提塔的工藝要求，采用 “組態王”為監控軟件，用可編程序控制器OMRON C200H(PLC)作為下位機的控制 (IPC+PLC 系統)方案。該系統采用單神經元和專家系統相結合的智能PI 調節方法實現流量控制，液位采用積分分離智能PI 調節方法。集數據采集、通信、設備狀態控制和數據管理一體化，實現遠程監測控制，取得了良好的經濟效益。

ABSTRCT： In this thesis, considering the technological requirement of waste water treatment of the vaporization tower， the scheme to develop the control system (IPC+PLC), using "KingView" as supervisory software and OMRON C200H as field controller is put forward.The flow control is carried out by the method combining single neural cell and expert system, and liquid location is controlled by intelligent PI with integration separation method.
It is integrated with data collection, communication, state control of facilities and data
management, remote supervise and control is realized, good economic benefits is obtained.
